Our story
Mama’s greatest dream
For over 15 years in Canada, our family has dreamed of starting a food business that reflects our roots from Cebu, Philippines. Growing up, we sold goods to make ends meet — and those years taught us the value of good food made honestly.
Now we’ve come together to make our mother’s greatest dream a reality: sharing authentic Filipino food with our community. Every pack of Mama Nitz chorizo, tocino and hotdog is made with quality farm-raised pork and the same recipes we grew up on.
Because to us, the best compliment is simple: it tastes like home.
